Morphology
Dwarf
Dwarf has been screened at seedling stage for T1 plant . Segregation (mutant: normal) ratio is 2:18 . Phenotype co-segregated with PCR marker (by Li Xiangjun).
Abiotic stress
All the T1 seeds were normal to abscisic acid treatment as compared with control during germination (by Song Yaling ).
All the T1 plants were normal to low phosphorus treatment as compared with control (by He Liyuan).
Biotic Stress
All the T1 (20) plants showed no change to the inoculation of Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae strain PXO61 and PXO339 causing bacterial blight disease (by Ding Xinhua and Huang Cheng).
